“I want to run the $20 Boss program at my school. What do I need to do now? Where do I start?”
Great! The first step is to fill in this form using an @edu email.
Once you’ve filled in that form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access all of the free $20 Boss resources and toolkits via the Young Change Agents eLearning platform.
Once you’ve gained access to the eLearning platform, you will want to read through the Introduction and Curriculum Mapping resources to plan how the program will fit into your classes. You will also need to review the Self-Funding Guide to plan how you will raise capital to run the program.

“Are the $20 Boss resources available online?”
Yes, they are available through the eLearning platform.
The eLearning platform has online learning modules, discussion forums, and a variety of resources for $20 Boss and other YCA programs.

“When can I start the program? And when must it be finished by?”
We recommend that schools deliver the program at the start of Term 1, 2, or 3. This gives you ample time to complete the program by the end of Term 4, and have students participate in the annual $20 Boss Awards.
This is just a guide however and the program is able to be completely customised to your scheduling and timetabling needs.
If you would like to deliver it outside of Term 1, 2, or 3, you’re more than welcome to do so!
“I can’t fund the $20 Boss program for my school to participate. What do I do?”
There is a guide for self-funding included in the additional resources for $20 Boss.
Once you've signed up for these resources you can read through this and let our team know if you have any questions! Self-funding will give you more agency and can make the program more customised for your school.
